Maybe You Should Kill Me Right Now

I can't believe it! Mother's Day is around the corner. I'm still jobless =( No money to spend a gift for mama... Perhaps I should bake a cake huh? What'd ya think? I haven't been baking for a longggggggggggggggggggggg time. So, it's time to hunt for recipes!!!





Yesterday, was a in house cooking day at Chang's place for dinner! boyfriend (Nam) and boyfriend's best friend (Chang) cook. I'm soooooooo P R O U D that a guy can cook. So we invited Regine and Deon along so that we could continue mahjonging.




So, we did a lil marketing in Carrefour. Of course not me la!!!! I don't know how to choose fishes and prawns wei! and whatever.




Me and Chang were the assistant in the kitchen. I cut the carrot, cauliflower, Choy Sum, potato, tomato and did the washing with Regine. Ah Chang fried egg and I really can't remember what he was doing. Most of the time, Nam would just call Chang to prepare whatever he wants. Chang knows what my boyfriend need and want most than I do due to the 20 years friendship. Which means, I don't rank as high as Chang. *roars*





Well, Nam was suppose to cook donno wat tao fu. But ended up with keling tao fu because too black. -.-"

And Chang with the fried egg. Well, the dish is not as simple as that. It's Chili Egg. Later on, Nam continued his mom's specialty, my favourite!

And there goes the gay side of them when u put 2 men in a kitchen. *grins*

And tadaa! I forgot to take picture of the dishes. Got tao fu, veg, and chili egg! A decent dinner for 5.
